All pre-order and Made to Order products will be shipped on the next business day after the order date. Shipping typically takes 48-72 hours, unless otherwise stated, and is always included. An estimated delivery date can be viewed on the product description page.

Returns

The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date of order receipt. Returns can be made by contacting Customer Service, who will arrange a courier pickup for free.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the delivery date. To exchange the size of the purchased item, you'll need to return the item for exchange and place a new order.
